The aim of maturity analysis is to detect problems and flaws in an IT system, prioritizing problems and providing optimal solutions which are the basis of efficient management. 
Information is collected by interviewing users, inspecting the system and documentation as well as using automated data collection tools.
Data collection and analysis are used to define the IT infrastructure optimization level and determine possible improvements. 

Maturity analysis service consists of three characteristic stages:

• Identifying starting positions of IT infrastructure using IO model,
• Planning the desired level of IT infrastructure maturity required for initiating business opportunities,
